~ Appointments are accepted for available times Monday through Friday with occasional Sunday afternoons.
~ All first appointments consist of a 60-75 minute intake session with a health history, assessment, treatment plan development and approximately 45 minutes of treatment.
~ Treatment plans are very individual with your goals as the priority. Multiple sessions are frequently recommended for optimal results. A discount will be given if four or more sessions are booked and prepaid.
~ Payment for services can be made by cash, credit card, health savings cards, Paypal and Venmo. All fees are the responsibility of the client.
~ A credit card is required to make appointments. Your card will not be charged until your appointment unless you are a no-show or do not follow the cancellation policy.
~ Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice unless it is an emergency. Each client will be given one emergency consideration. All subsequent cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $75 missed appointment fee.
~ No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
